I had Justin as my server tonight, and he was by far the best server Iโve ever had. He was very friendly and was quick to offer refills. Overall a great guy.

I donโt usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. We drove four hours to meet a family member we hadnโt seen in years, and the service took away from the occasion. It took about 20 minutes before our server greeted us. We gave our entire order at once, but they never checked back on us, didnโt clear the stack of dirty plates from the end of the table, and we had to ask other employees multiple times for items we needed. Some of those items never even arrived, and we also had to ask for our check because it was never brought over. Meanwhile, our server spent a long time at the side station counting money instead of attending to their tables. Good service comes down to the basics, and unfortunately those steps were completely missed.

Itโs a classic for a reason. The food is great, staff is friendly and you still get unlimited breadsticks and soup or salad with your entree. Definitely on the pricier side nowadays but lunch menu is still decent price.

They have ruined takeout. Been going here for years but I think that's over with as just like so many places the overall quality, service, and value has gone down an unacceptable level. We decided to "splurge" with our takeout and get a couple of desserts that were $9 each. Just look at the portion we received in the attached photo. At $9 you should get more than a few bites, especially considering the desserts were quite average. The tiramisu on the left was literally a few bites at best. When you order takeout, the only option is curbside. I always prepay and they bring the food and you go. Most places are like this. This time, the order was brought out 10 minutes late, which I can live with, but they also brought out a book and essentially demanded a tip and extra signature on the order. The receipt inside the book was only for adding a gratuity and was not needed as the order was paid for. Some places have you sign for take out, some don't. The point is I've never previously had to sign for an olive garden order. In addition, when you order online, there is a place for an optional gratuity. So not only are they giving less food and skimping on upsells like desserts, but now whe
